We know everyone loves high quality, authentic collectibles. It’s no wonder Tesla’s Toys is a target for cyber shoplifting by unscrupulous individuals!
What is cyber shoplifting? It happens when a customer orders a product, receives it safely, and decides to keep it for free by initiating a chargeback with their bank. Sadly, we don’t always win despite submitting proof of order, the customer’s IP address and delivery proof (what else do they need?). As such, we have decided to make these individuals famous!
Individuals listed below will not be considered for removal from this page unless they reimburse our losses and bank chargeback fees.
Legal notice: Shiplifting is classified as an act of larceny. This is a misdemeanor that can lead to jail time and a fine in most states. I.e.: You are breaking the law.
