Current Shipping Status
As parts of the USA get locked down or forced to stay home from work, Tesla’s Toys’ warehouse is still functioning as it falls under the essential industries guidelines. Our warehouse is also located in a state without the work-from-home order, so we are adhering to state guidelines. We are still shipping out most orders within 1 business day as of this writing.
However, as the situation evolves, we will not hesitate to send our warehouse employees home. Their health and safety comes first. Should we take such a step, we will notify all customers accordingly. For now, it is business as usual.
Pre-Order Delays
We have to make a special note about pre-order items in our store. Due to the global nature of our supply chain, some items may not ship per their stated manufacturer’s release date. We have recently received a few pre-order shipments, and they will be shipped out to customers next week.
For pre-order items that do not ship out on time, we ask for your kind understanding due to the unparalleled times we are currently living in. Rest assured that your pre-order items are secured and that you will receive them as soon as we get them from our suppliers.
