How to Qualify for Free Shipping
Payment Methods Accepted
We charge a flat rate on shipping as follows:
- USA – $6.95
- Rest of the world – $16.95
All orders are shipped out within 2 working days or less, usually within 24 hours.
All orders are sent out with tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your package. The estimated delivery time for your order is as follows based on your shipping address:
- USA: 2 to 4 working days
- Canada: 2 to 14 working days
- Worldwide: 7 to 28 working days (certain countries can take up to 8 weeks for custom clearance)
You will receive and email containing tracking information for your order within 24 hours of your package being shipped.
You can track your order through My Account, or this page.
International shipments do not have their tracking updated once the shipment leaves USA. If you require step-by-step tracking, we can ship your order by Fedex or UPS at an additional shipping rate.

Loyalty Token Program
Loyalty tokens are rewarded for the following activities:
- Creating an account – 20 tokens
- Posting a review (after purchase) – 5 tokens
- Placing an order – varies (dependent on order total)
- Sharing/Liking/Reposting a product on your social page – 1 token for each post/like (tokens will be revoked immediately if you unlike or delete a post!)
Both you and your friend will receive 30 tokens each after your friend’s first purchase.
Tokens are awarded immediately upon successful payment from your referral.
Your friend must create an account through your referral link in order for both of you to receive the reward tokens.
Your referral URL is available under My Account.
We reserve the right to revoke all your loyalty tokens and ban your account if you abuse the system.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive the wrong or damaged items, you will receive a refund or a replacement depending on the item availability. Claims have to be received within 30 days from the date of your order placement.
We will require photographs of the wrong/damaged item sent before processing a claim.
We do not issue replacements or refunds for damaged packaging boxes. You are purchasing the toy, not the display box. Capsule toys are sent without their capsules as these have a tendency to rupture during transit.
Returns are subjected to an administrative fee of 20% of the item price or $5 per item, whichever is higher.
We only accept returns in factory condition, meaning new and sealed. If you have already opened the item, you are not eligible for returns.
Most pre-order release dates are estimates given to us by the manufacturers. It is very common for release dates to be moved around, especially by companies like Good Smile and Hasbro. As such, while we try to provide the most accurate release date possible, please note that it is always subjected to changes. Release dates can change more than once, and we will notify you on all changes if you pre-order through us.
Orders are typically shipped out within 2 to 4 weeks of the release date due to shipping time allowance for our distributors.
If a pre-order price goes down after you have placed a pre-order, you will be billed the new, lower price.
If the pre-order price goes up after you have placed a pre-order, you are not subjected to the higher price – you will pay the price you pre-ordered at.
If there is a significant manufacturer pricing change, we reserve the right to cancel and refund all existing pre-orders.
