Where Do We Ship From
All of our stock is held in Michigan, USA for fast shipment across the country and beyond.
All orders are shipped out within 2 working days or less, usually within 24 hours.
All orders are sent out with tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your package. The estimated delivery time for your order is as follows based on your shipping address:
- USA: 2 to 4 working days
- Canada: 2 to 7 working days
- Worldwide: 7 to 21 working days
Tracking Your Order
You will receive and email containing tracking information for your order within 24 hours of your package being shipped.

Customs and Duties
You are responsible for all customs and duties for your order. Tesla’s Toys is a registered, law-abiding business and we will not mark down the value of your package. Any requests for us to do as such will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Rewarding of Loyalty Tokens
Loyalty tokens are rewarded for the following activities:
- Creating an account – 20 tokens
- Posting a review (after purchase) – 5 tokens
- Placing an order – varies (dependent on order total)
- Sharing/Liking/Reposting a product on your social page – 1 token for each post/like (tokens will be revoked immediately if you unlike or delete a post!)
Referral Reward Tokens
Both you and your friend will receive 30 tokens each after your friend’s first purchase.
Tokens are awarded immediately upon successful payment from your referral.
Your friend must create an account through your referral link in order for both of you to receive the reward tokens.
Your referral URL is available under My Account.
Revoking of Loyalty Tokens
We reserve the right to revoke all your loyalty tokens and ban your account if you abuse the system.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive the wrong or damaged items, you will receive a refund or a replacement depending on the item availability. Claims have to be received within 30 days from the date of your order placement.
We may request photographs of the wrong/damaged item sent before processing a claim.
We do not issue replacements or refunds for damaged packaging boxes. You are purchasing the toy, not the display box. Capsule toys are sent without their capsules as these have a tendency to rupture during transit.
Returns are subjected to an administrative fee of 20% of the item price or $5 per item, whichever is higher.
We only accept returns in factory condition, meaning new and sealed. If you have already opened the item, you are not eligible for returns.
